The following eight articles do not form part of the A.D.A.M. exposition of this website but they do provide interesting supporting material for many of the ideas. They are based upon articles that first appeared in Rhinegold Publishing Limited’s magazine, Arts Management Weekly, where Keith Diggle combined the roles of Consultant Editor, Arts Marketing contributor and the rascally columnist ‘Fly’ (as in Fly on the Wall) for several years.
